Straight Felling/Section Felling

Straight felling involves three cuts done in a precise way to allow the tree to fall safely in one piece within adequate space. Where there isn’t enough space to straight fell, section felling involves systematic removal of the tree limb by limb, section by section, using rigging techniques, MEWP or a crane to achieve a safe, careful removal of the tree.

Following felling, Kings Cut Tree Services can help with stump grinding or poisoning, depending on the tree species and the requirement for the space afterwards.
